My name is Dr Nicola Brandaro and I am a fully qualified HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist. I offer a Clinical Psychology and Counselling service in Jersey (Channel Islands). I use evidence based assessment and therapy with adults with a wide range of difficulties including:
- Anxiety, including worry, social anxiety, health anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic, phobias, and generalised anxiety disorder (GAD)
- Low mood & depression
- Stress
- Work related problems
- Sleep difficulties including insomnia
- Anger difficulties
- Bereavement & loss
- Low self-esteem and low confidence
- Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) / trauma
I also specialise in providing therapy to adults who have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), or think that they might be on the spectrum.
